Marketing Operations Manager

Zywave is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems and processes behind our demand generation engine.

In this role, you'll own campaign operations end to end across our marketing technology stack - building and executing campaigns in Marketo, managing lead routing and scoring into Salesforce, and making sure attribution reporting reflects what's actually driving pipeline. You'll manage platform configurations, build reporting dashboards marketing and sales leadership rely on, and partner closely with sales, product, and RevOps to keep execution on schedule and data clean.

This is a builder's role. Beyond running campaigns well, you'll shape the processes that let us scale - tightening workflows, establishing data governance, and finding what to automate.

What you'll do

• Own campaign operations across Marketo, Salesforce, and connected digital channels
• Manage lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and lifecycle stage logic
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and campaign performance benchmarks
• Conduct UAT and troubleshoot issues across integrated platforms
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and RevOps on campaign execution and data integrity
• Improve and document scalable marketing operations processes

What you'll bring

• 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a comparable systems role
• Hands-on proficiency with a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred) and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfort working in data - segmentation, campaign reporting, and KPI analysis
• Ability to translate technical detail into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience and certifications
