We are hiring a Senior Manager, Business Development to help grow and organize several coach\-facing and team\-facing programs.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, organizing outbound efforts, coaching others, and turning early\-stage opportunities into repeatable growth systems.
You will help lead business development efforts across programs that may include:
- Coach and Talent Scout outreach for All State Game
- Team travel opportunities
- Team fundraising
- Coach\-facing athlete profile, ranking, and recognition tools
- Local partnerships, sponsorships, clinics, combines, and other growth initiatives
This is a hands\-on leadership role. The right person will be comfortable creating structure, managing outreach activity, improving scripts, coaching team members, and personally jumping into calls or follow\-up when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound business development efforts for coach\-facing and team\-facing programs
- Build and improve outreach processes, scripts, call plans, and follow\-up systems
- Manage, train, and support team members involved in calling, prospecting, and relationship development
- Track activity, pipeline progress, conversion trends, and key outcomes
- Help identify which markets, products, messages, and customer segments are gaining traction
- Partner with marketing, operations, product, and leadership to support growth initiatives
- Translate feedback from coaches, teams, and partners into clear recommendations
- Help prioritize opportunities and keep the team focused on the highest\-impact work
- Support new program launches by helping define the sales motion, target audience, and outreach plan
What We’re Looking For
- 7–15 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, partnerships, sales leadership, or revenue operations
- Experience managing outbound outreach, call teams, sales reps, account managers, recruiters, or community\-based growth teams
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with coaches, team leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to build practical systems without overcomplicating the work
- Strong follow\-through, organization, and accountability
- Comfort working in a fast\-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to coach developing team members while also personally contributing when needed
- A direct, positive, and collaborative leadership style
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a strong plus
- B2B sales efforts
- Local market business development
- High\-volume phone outreach
- CRM, pipeline, or sales process management
- Remote team leadership
- Industry knowledge is a nice to have: Youth sports, college sports, camps, showcases, tournaments, or recruiting services; Fundraising, sponsorships, or community partnerships; School, club, coach, or team\-based sales

Compensation
Compensation will include a competitive base salary plus performance\-based bonus opportunities.
Pay: $70,000\.00 \- $95,000\.00 per year
